Align SLC brings you all of your favorite barre, pilates, yoga and sculpt classes anywhere! Our highly trained instructors will guide you through workouts designed to build strength and energy while toning your body. Don't worry about any equipment or hours of workouts. These classes are built to be done anywhere and are timed to fit any schedule. Each class is high energy, fun and with just the right amount of challenge. Modifications are given throughout and don't forget to try the roll & release! Let's go!

  • Barre w/Kellie - 45 min

    Your favorite barre class anywhere you are! If you don't have hand weights, use full water bottles, cans of food, or get creative!   • Barre w/Raleigh - 40 min

    Raleigh will guide you through a 40 minute barre fitness class that you can do anywhere! Learn how to engage & tone your muscles during this full-body workout. Light weights are used, but not needed. Consider full water bottles or cans of food!

  • Yoga w/Maddie - 30 min

    In just 30 minutes Maddie will move you through a variety of yoga poses, encouraging you to use your breath as a guide. To increase balance & flexibility, as well as relax your mind & body. Follow along! No props are necessary in this class & variations are available throughout.

  • Mat Pilates w/Cher - 45 min

    In this 45 minute mat Pilates class, Cher will lead you through movement engaging the core, as well as arms & legs. This class covers all the major muscle groups in order to tone, strengthen and lengthen. Variations will be offered and you do not need anything other than you body to participate!

  • Barre & Cardio w/Meredith - 30 min

    Join Meredith in a 30 minute barre fitness class. This class incorporates movements and exercises that will lift your heart rate and leave you feeling energized, inspired and ready for anything! No equipment necessary, just a chair or stable surface to use as your barre. What are you waiting for?...

  • Roll & Release w/Cher - 20 min

    This short class will roll glutes, IT bands and focus on releasing tight posture muscles leaving you feeling open and relaxed. I'm in!! You will need a foam roller for this one, but they are available to purchase online. Cher says, "try amazon"!

  • Barre w/Kellie - 30 min

    Kellie will lead you in a barre fitness class that is designed to lift your heart rate and sculpt and tone your body. The good news .... you can do it anywhere and with minimal to no equipment needed. So grab a water bottle and lets get going!

  • Barre w/Savannah - 40 min

    No props are needed for this 40 minute barre fitness class. If you want the added challenge grab cans of food or filled up water bottles. This class is beat based and uses all of your favorite barre moves to give you a full body workout at home, or anywhere!

  • Total glutes w/Taryn - 15 min.

    Get ready to tone and lift your booty in this 15 minute glute based workout. Taryn will walk you through a series of glute strengthening exercises that are designed to tone and lift while creating core and hip stability.

  • Slide w/Cher - 20 min

    Cher will talk you through variations and form in hopes to help you maximize the benefits of your other workouts.

    Taryn takes you through a 15 minute ab series that will work your transversus abdominals, rectus abdominals and obliques. Not missing a muscle to create core stability and strength.

  • Yoga Sculpt w/Kellie - 45 min

    Kellie will guide you through a series of traditional yoga poses, while incorporating cardio and strengthening exercises. Options are given through out and the class moves a little slower, so anyone can follow along. No equipment is needed. Enjoy!

  • Barre w/Allison - 30 min

    Light weights are optional in this fun and challenging barre class. Allison combines the classic barre moves you know and love to give you a full body workout that you can do anywhere!

  • Barre w/Meredith - 50 min

    If you missed her live class, don't worry because here it is! Meredith is ready to lead you through a full body cardio and toning based barre fitness class. Light weights are optional. Use a chair or countertop as your barre and let's get going!!

  • HIIT W/ Lexi

    HIIT or high intensity interval training uses an exercise strategy that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. Lexi walks you through each set and offers options throughout. This quick calorie burner will leave you feeling cleansed and energized!

    get ready for lots of fun consistent movement in this advanced barre class with Jenny.

  • Barre w/Allison - 40 min

    Join Allison in this full body cardio and toning barre fitness class. Allison guides you through each exercise with cues to help you perform each movement effectively and safely. Get ready, she wants to hear you hoot and holler (even if it is at home). Enjoy!

  • 11/14/20 - Barre + Sliders w/Taryn - 45 min

    If you don't have sliders use paper plates (for carpet) or towels (for wood/tile). Taryn guides you through a traditional barre class using the sliders through out. Enjoy!

  • 11/17/20 - Abs + Sliders w/Taryn - 25 min

    Grab your sliders! Taryn will lead you through a killer ab workout that you can do from the comfort of your home!

  • 12/20/20 - Barre + Cardio Full Body w/Kellie - 30 min
